Simple! Go to your Page's Settings, and in the 'General' section, disable the options under 'Contact Options'.
Go to your Facebook Page settings, navigate to the 'General' tab, and then uncheck the 'Allow people to contact my Page privately' option.
No cap, go to Page Settings > General > Messages, then uncheck 'Allow people to contact my Page privately'. Easy peasy!
You can also change your 'Contact Info' section to remove any phone numbers displayed there.
