You can't disable clues in the standard GeoGuessr game. But you can play in no-move games or other challenge modes where clues are limited!
Hot take: You don't need to! Just promise yourself not to use the clues – honesty is the best policy, right?
From personal experience, sticking to specific maps like A Diverse World or playing Battle Royale can make it more challenging and less reliant on blatant clues.
