Just did this last week! Go to your profile, tap the three dots, hit 'Privacy', and turn off 'Sync Contacts'. Takes like 10 seconds.

Super easy! Just go to your profile, tap the three dots in the top right corner to open Settings, then find the Privacy section. From there, tap Sync Contacts and Facebook Friends, and toggle off Sync Contacts. Done!
