If you're still stuck in controller mode, try restarting Roblox without your controller plugged in. That usually does the trick for me!

Just yank out the controller and restart the app. Works like a charm every time!

To turn off controller mode, just unplug your controller or turn it off. Roblox should automatically switch back to keyboard and mouse mode.
