Nah, keep crossplay on. It's way more fun to have more players to compete against, and it's not like PC players don't have their own advantages. Plus, the wait times for matches without crossplay...no thank you.

It's super simple to turn off crossplay in Apex Legends on PC. Just head into the game's settings menu, look for the 'Gameplay' tab, and you'll find an option for Cross Platform Play. Toggle that off, and boom, you're all set to play exclusively with other PC players. Just remember, turning this off might increase your matchmaking times since you're limiting the pool of players.

Honestly, I turned off crossplay thinking it would give me a better chance. It did make some matches feel more balanced, but those matchmaking times, yikes! Sometimes it's just not worth the wait.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
