Sadly, you can't specifically turn off cursing in GTA 5. The game's dialogue is a big part of its character and atmosphere, and there isn't an in-game option to filter out the profanity. If the cursing is a big deal, you might have to lower the volume or consider if this is the right game for you.

Nope, no way to silence the swear words in GTA 5. It's part of the charm! Or the curse, depending on how you look at it.

Honestly, tried looking for a way to do this when my kid wanted to play, and no luck. GTA is pretty much an all-or-nothing deal when it comes to content. It's a game best reserved for adult players.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
