Just go to the settings menu, find the graphics tab, and change the DirectX version to DX11. Simple as that!

Easy-peasy! Head to your game settings, navigate to the graphics options, and switch off DX12. Restart the game, and you're good to go!

From personal experience, switching off DX12 can solve some performance issues. Go to the settings, find graphics, and switch to DX11.
