Super easy! Just go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, tap Settings, then Account, and toggle off 'Similar Account Suggestions.'
Turning off follow suggestions on Instagram is straightforward. Just go to Settings > Account > Similar Account Suggestions and toggle it off.
I turned mine off by going to the Settings menu, finding Suggestions For You under Privacy, and switching it off. No more annoying suggestions!
Just turn off your notifications. Problem solved!
