From personal experience, you can lower the 'Shadows' and 'Post Processing' settings in the Graphics section to minimize the grass effect. Works like a charm!

Hey there! To turn off grass in Fortnite, go to Settings > Graphics > Quality and set the 'Shadows' to Low or Off. This should reduce the grass and make it easier to spot enemies.
