Easy peasy! Just head to the settings menu, then 'Account and Privacy'. Look for 'Hidden Matchmaking Delay' and slide it to 0 seconds. GG!

Yo, go to your settings, then the 'Account and Privacy' tab. Scroll down to 'Hidden Matchmaking Delay' and set that bad boy to zero. Boom, done!
