How to Turn Off Link History on Instagram
Totally get why you want some digital privacy! Unfortunately, Instagram doesn't have a direct way to turn off link history. However, you can clear your search history periodically by going to Settings > Security > Clear Search History!

From my experience, there's no option to disable link history on Instagram. For now, manually clearing it is the way to go.
