How to Turn Off Live Notifications on Instagram

Why would you want to turn off live notifications when Instagram keeps you connected to live action? But if you must, go to settings and toggle them off.
Live notifications can be silenced in the app settings under notifications – trust me, your sanity will thank you!
I turned them off by going to 'Settings', 'Notifications', then 'Live Videos', and simply toggling it off. No more surprise notifications!
