Easy peasy! Go into the settings menu, then navigate to 'audio' settings. Turn off 'voice chat' and 'mature language'. Boom, done!

As someone who did it for my younger sibling, simply disable 'voice chat' and turn off 'mature language' under audio settings in the game menu.
