Just head to your Facebook settings, find the AI settings section, and toggle it off. Easy peasy!
Go to Settings -> Preferences -> AI Settings. There should be an option to disable it right there.
From personal experience, I found it easiest to navigate to settings, then look for 'AI features' and disable it from there. No more AI surprises!
