Turning off your mic in Apex Legends is easy! Just head into the game's settings, find the 'Audio' tab, and there you'll see an option to 'Mute Microphone.' Toggle that, and voila, your squad can no longer hear you munching on snacks.

Just unplug it. Problem solved.

If you're on PC, another quick solution is to disable your mic directly through your computer's sound settings. This will mute your mic for everything, though, not just Apex, so remember to switch it back on when you're done.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
