Had the same problem! You gotta press the * button on your Roku remote while on Disney+, then toggle the audio track to non-narrated. Fixed it for me!
Honestly, if it keeps doing that, double-check the audio track settings in both Roku and Disney+.
Turn off narrator @ the audio settings in Disney+ app. Hit the star button on your Roku remote and switch the audio track.
Narrator off? Pause your show on Disney+, press *, and change the audio track. Voila!
