Why would you even want to turn it off? It's awesome! But yeah, you can switch it in the Gameplay Settings.

In the Gameplay Settings under Options, find the Pitching Interface setting and change it to anything but 'Pinpoint'. Easy peasy!

Just go to the Options menu, then Gameplay Settings, and switch the pitching interface to something other than Pinpoint. Problem solved!
