To turn off voice commands on your PS4, go to Settings > System > Voice Operation Settings and uncheck the ‘Operate PS4 with Voice’ option. Easy peasy!

Just go into Settings and find the Voice Command options, then turn them off. Took me like two minutes!

I just turned mine off yesterday! On the PS4, you'll find it in Settings > System > Voice Operation Settings. Uncheck that box and you're done.
