To turn off your PS4 using the controller, hold down the PS button for about 2 seconds to bring up the Quick Menu. Navigate to 'Power' and select 'Turn Off PS4'. Easy as pie!

From the homepage, press the PS button, go to 'Power', and select 'Turn Off PS4'. Simple!

Hold the PS button until the Quick Menu pops up, then go to 'Power' and select 'Enter Rest Mode'. If you want it off completely, choose 'Turn Off PS4'.
