You can turn off your PS5 remotely by using the PS Remote Play app on your phone or PC. Just make sure your console is in Rest Mode and has the 'Enable Turning On PS5 from Network' option turned on in the settings!

From personal experience, I'd say the PS Remote Play app is the best way. Just enable the network settings on your PS5 and you're good to go!
