Go to Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader and just toggle that bad boy off. Your ears will thank you!

From my experience, head to Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader and switch it off. It’s a quick fix!

Just press the PS button, go to Settings, then to Accessibility, and turn off Screen Reader. Easy peasy!
