How Do I Turn Off the Quarantine in Subnautica?
To turn off the quarantine in Subnautica, you’ll need to disable the Quarantine Enforcement Platform. To do this, you must cure yourself of the Kharaa bacterium by hatching Sea Emperor Leviathan eggs and using the Enzyme 42. Once cured, you can interact with the terminal on the enforcement platform to disable it.

You’ve got to cure yourself of the Kharaa bacterium first! Hatch the Sea Emperor’s eggs to get the Enzyme 42 and cure yourself. Then head to the Quarantine Enforcement Platform to turn it off.
Just get Enzyme 42 from the Sea Emperor babies, cure yourself, and then power down the enforcement platform. Easy peasy!
