Currently, there's no way to turn off Quick Resume entirely. But you can remove individual games from Quick Resume by selecting the game in your dashboard, pressing the Menu button, and choosing 'Quit.'

Sorry, there's no global switch for it. However, you can remove specific games you don't want in Quick Resume by closing them in the menu.
