The easiest way is to hold down the L1 button to bring up the radio wheel and then select the X icon to turn it off!

You can also quickly cycle through the stations using the D-Pad until you get to the 'Off' option.

From personal experience, it's quickest to press the 'right' D-Pad button repeatedly until the radio turns off. Works every time for me!
