How to Turn Off Reels on Facebook
Currently, you can't turn off Reels entirely on Facebook, but you can hide individual Reels by clicking on the three dots at the top right of each Reel and selecting 'Hide'. It’s kind of like playing whack-a-mole though!

Unfortunately, you can't disable Reels on Facebook.
There's no official way to turn off Reels, but you can finesse your algorithm by engaging less with Reels content. Facebook will catch on eventually.
I tried hiding every single Reel I came across. It's tedious, but it worked—mostly! Reels now barely appear in my feed.
