Trust me, it's super simple: Go to Settings -> Templates and Tabs -> Turn off the Reviews tab. You're all set!
Just stop caring about reviews. Problem solved!
Just remove the Reviews tab in Page settings. Boom, no more reviews!
From my experience, disabling the Reviews tab in 'Templates and Tabs' under Settings does the trick. No more pesky reviews!
