Go to Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader. Then just toggle the Screen Reader off. Easy peasy!

In settings, find the accessibility section and turn off the screen reader. Takes like 10 seconds.

If you want to disable the screen reader on your PS5, head to Settings, select Accessibility, then turn off the Screen Reader option. Done and done.
