As a Premium user myself, I can tell you that the easiest way is to simply tap on the 'Shuffle' button so it's no longer green.
No premium, no party! You need Premium to turn off shuffle.
Ya gotta upgrade to Spotify Premium to turn off that pesky shuffle play.
