Unfortunately, there's no built-in option to turn off speed changes entirely in Tetris Effect. But hey, practice makes perfect!

You can't turn off speed changes in Tetris Effect, but you can use the Relax Mode for a more chill experience.

Trust me, I've played a lot of Tetris Effect. There's no way to disable speed changes, but just keep stacking those Tetriminos!
