Oh, you wanna go incognito on Steam, huh? Easy peasy! Just open your Steam client and click on 'Friends & Chat' at the bottom right corner. Then, hit the cogwheel icon to open settings, and navigate to the 'Notifications' tab. In there, you'll find all sorts of notification settings you can turn off, including those pesky ones that tell your friends when you're gaming. Just uncheck the ones you don't want, and voila, game in peace!

Honestly, just set your status to 'Offline.' Problem solved. Short, sweet, and to the silent point.

Can confirm, turning off specific notifications in the 'Friends & Chat' settings works like a charm. Been gaming in stealth mode for weeks now. My friends think I'm busy doing productive stuff, but little do they know, it's game time all the time!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
