How to Turn Off Suggested Posts on Instagram
You can't really turn off suggested posts entirely, but you can snooze them for 30 days by tapping the three dots on a suggested post and selecting "Snooze all suggested posts for 30 days."

Just ignore them and keep scrolling; Instagram loves to make suggestions, but they won't bother you much if you don't engage.
Trust me, I tried everything - the only way is to influence what content is suggested by engaging with posts you actually enjoy.
