Just unplug the keyboard, lol. But on a serious note, check your keyboard software settings. Should be a way to turn it off there.

In my experience, the game doesn't directly control the lighting; it's your keyboard's software doing the heavy lifting. So, head over to that software, and you should find a toggle for disabling game-specific lighting effects. Worked for me!

Honestly, why would you want to? The lighting effects are pretty cool. But if you must, it's all in the keyboard's software.

Turning off the Terraria keyboard lighting depends a bit on your setup, but generally, you'll want to dive into the settings of your keyboard's software. For most gaming keyboards, there's an option to disable game-integrated lighting effects. Just look for the section related to game integration or lighting effects and toggle off Terraria. If you're using something like Razer Synapse, Logitech G HUB, or Corsair iCUE, the option should definitely be there. Make sure Terraria isn't running in the background, as changes might not apply until the game is closed.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
