In most Tetris apps, you can turn off the sound by going to Settings or Options and toggling the sound/music off.

On my favorite Tetris app, I just hit the gear icon on the main screen and turn off the sound right there. Easy peasy!

Check the main menu or pause screen for sound settings. Toggling off 'BGM' (background music) and 'SFX' (sound effects) usually works!
