You can't actually 'turn off' Threads on Instagram itself. Try muting notifications from the Threads app or just delete it if it's too annoying!
Hey there! Unfortunately, there's no option to completely turn off Threads on Instagram since it's a separate app. You could uninstall the Threads app if you don鈥檛 want those notifications anymore.
From personal experience, I found that uninstalling the Threads app worked best for me. No more unwanted notifications!
