Easy peasy! Just go to Settings > Devices & accessories > Select your controller > Configure > Vibration > Turn it off. Bam, no more vibrations!

If you want to turn off vibration, go into Settings, then Devices & accessories, choose your controller, go to Configure, and turn off Vibration. Done in a jiffy!
