Go to the main menu, click the three lines at the top right, and head to the 'Parental Controls' settings. Enter your PIN to disable it. Easy peasy!

If you forgot the PIN, you'll have to contact Epic Games support. Good luck with that one!

You can disable the parental controls in the settings menu. Make sure you remember the PIN!
