You need to enable Performance Mode. Go to Settings > Save Data and Game/App Settings > Game Presets, and choose Performance Mode to prioritize frame rate.

Go to Settings > Screen and Video > Video Output, then set Enable 120Hz Output to Automatic. Make sure your TV supports 120Hz!

Ensure your HDMI cable and TV both support HDMI 2.1. Otherwise, you won't get the full 120 FPS experience.
