Make sure your TV supports 120hz and is connected via HDMI 2.1. Then in PS5 settings, enable 120Hz under Video Output.

First-hand experience here: Make sure your game supports 120Hz too. Not all games do, but it's worth it when they do!

Go to Settings > Screen and Video > Video Output, then set Enable 120Hz Output to Automatic. Boom, you're in buttery-smooth 120Hz territory!

If your TV and game support it, just toggle the 120Hz setting in the video output options. Easy peasy.

Just leave it on the default settings, most games don't even run at 120hz.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
