Go to 'Settings' in Fortnite, then click on the 'Controller Options' tab, and find the 'Advanced - Sensitivity' section. Turn on 'Use Advanced Options' and enable 'Aim Assist Strength' to whatever level you desire!

Settings, Controller Options, then Sensitivity. There's a slider for Aim Assist Strength. Max it out!

Honestly, if you're using a controller, aim assist is on by default. Just tweak the settings if you need more help.
