Unfortunately, Minecraft on the Xbox 360 doesn't have a built-in feature to display coordinates. You'll have to rely on maps or creative mode flying to navigate more easily.

You can't turn on coordinates in Minecraft Xbox 360. The game version doesn't support this feature.
