The dunk meter should work if you've got 'Shot Meter' on and 'Shot Timing' set to any relevant option like 'Shots Only' or 'Shots & Layups'. If it still doesn鈥檛 work, try restarting the game.

Honestly, if the dunk meter isn't working, just check your controller settings to ensure 'Shot Meter' and 'Shot Timing' are properly set. Sometimes a quick restart helps too.
