Actually, Terraria doesn't let you keep your inventory after dying by default. Your best bet is to play on Softcore mode. That way, you only lose some coins, not your gear. If you're looking for mods, though, some can change the game rules to keep your inventory. Check out mods like TShock for more customized play.

So, you wanna keep your goodies after you take a dirt nap in Terraria, huh? Sorry to break it to ya, but Terraria doesn't have a built-in 'keep inventory' feature like some other games. The closest thing you're gonna find is playing on Softcore mode, where you only drop money upon death, not your precious items. If you're looking for more of a challenge (or less, depending on how you see it), Mediumcore and Hardcore modes will have you dropping items or deleting your character on death, respectively. So, stick to Softcore to keep your items safe!

Nope, can't do. Terraria's all about that risk. Softcore mode's your friend if you hate goodbyes to your items.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
