Make sure your headset is properly connected to the controller. Go to Settings > Audio and check if the mic is turned on and volume is adjusted!
It's usually as simple as plugging in your headset's 3.5mm jack into the controller! If it doesn't work, maybe check if the headset itself is working correctly.
Just press and hold the Xbox button on your controller. Then navigate to the System tab and select ‘Audio’. Ensure the mic is unmuted and the volume is up!
