Easy peasy! When you're in Rec Room, just open your watch menu (that's the virtual watch on your in-game wrist), go to Settings (the gear icon), and then look for the Audio tab. In there, you should see an option for your microphone. Make sure it's toggled on, and you're all set to chat away!
