Super easy fix! Just go to the settings in Rec Room on your iPhone. Tap the 'Audio' option and then switch the microphone toggle to 'On'. Make sure you've allowed Rec Room to access your mic in your phone's privacy settings too. If it's your first time, you might get a pop-up asking for permission.

Here's the thing, sometimes it's not about the in-game settings. Double-check your iPhone's settings app. Go to Privacy > Microphone and make sure Rec Room is on the list and activated. Some folks miss this step and wonder why they can't be heard.

Just wear headphones, solves most of the mic issues in Rec Room. And it's good manners.

Honestly, if it's too complicated, just type in chat. Who even uses voice chat these days?

If you're a Rec Room player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Rec Room gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
