Go to Settings > Devices & Connections > Accessories. Find your headset, and make sure the mic is enabled. Don't forget to check mute settings too!

Had this issue before. Sometimes, you just need to unplug your headset and plug it back in. Works like a charm!

Easy peasy! Press the Xbox button on your controller, navigate to 'Profile & system,' go to 'Settings,' then 'Devices & connections,' and finally 'Volume & audio output.' From there, adjust the mic settings as needed!
