Go to 'Settings' -> 'Devices' -> 'Audio Devices' -> 'Input Device,' and make sure it's set to 'Headset Connected to Controller.' Done!

You can also adjust mic settings from the quick menu by holding down the PS button and selecting 'Sound/Devices.' Just make sure your headset is properly connected.
