Honestly, if you plug in your headset and it doesn't work, it's probably a settings issue. Check the audio settings in the menu.

Hey there! You can turn on your mic by plugging it into the controller and then navigating to Settings > Devices & accessories > your controller, and make sure your mic is not muted. Happy gaming!
