Easy peasy! Click on the little bell icon, then hit 'Settings' at the top of the dropdown menu. From there, you can manage all your notifications.
Settings > Notifications. Done.
Open Facebook, tap on the three lines (aka the 'hamburger' menu), scroll to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Notifications. Customize as much or as little as you like!
