They've got this Vanguard anti-cheat system that boots up with the game to keep things in check. So, just run it normally. If you're experiencing issues, it might be your PC, not Valorant.

To safely boot up Valorant, what you're probably looking for is how to start your PC in Safe Mode to then run Valorant. This isn't directly a feature of Valorant itself, but more so of your operating system. If you're on Windows, you can go into your system settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced startup, and then restart now. After it boots, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. Then, press the number that corresponds to 'Enable Safe Mode'. However, keep in mind Valorant might not run as expected in Safe Mode due to limited drivers and software functionalities.
